Bereavement Help Point Volunteers Wanted
As part of our work with Dorothy House, we are looking for volunteers to support as facilitators who can provide emotional support for people who have been affected by the death of someone close to them.
You will be trained and supported by Dorothy House and receive regular supervision.

Anyone who is grieving the loss of someone close is welcome — whether you’d like to join us for a short time or stay for the whole session. Family and friends supporting someone who is bereaved are also warmly invited.

Dorothy House Bereavement Help Points offer a gentle, understanding space to meet others who are also grieving, share experiences at your own pace, and find comfort in compassionate company. Dorothy House staff and trained volunteers are on hand if you’d like someone to talk to, or if you need guidance and support during this difficult time.
