Inclusion Sessions

We currently deliver several inclusion sessions, funded through Wesport, and we have a full-time Inclusion Officer thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund.

Pan-Disability playing at Twerton Park

Our Pan-Disability session get the same opportunities as all our projects. One of these is getting the chance to play on the pitch at Twerton Park.

Disability Sessions

As a Foundation, we are proud to offer such a wide range of sessions, which includes our delivery of sessions for individuals with disabilities. Across the week, we deliver sessions at Fosseway and Threeways specialist schools; in addition to this, we provide one-to-one support in schools across BaNES. Furthermore, we have our weekly Pan-Disability session and work in partnership with Swallow on their weekly football session.

The National League Trust support our Disability provision

On Tuesday evenings, our Disability Football sessions, funded by The National League Trust, take place at Hayesfield School. These sessions are designed for young people aged 8 - 15 years. The group is divided into two age groups, and this session is ideal for ambulant children with additional needs, including Autism, Down Syndrome, Neurodiverse individuals, and similar conditions.

The National League Trust is a partnership between the National League, the Premier League and the Professional Footballers’ Association. The Premier League and the PFA have committed to support the Trust until 2028. They will each contribute to a donation of £1.2m a year over this period. This allows the Trust to help National League member clubs develop their community programmes.

Twerton Together - Mondays at Pennyquick Park, 4:30 - 5:30, excluding bank holidays. Open to anyone aged 8 - 16 years old. This is an hour of free football for young people in this area. This session has proved popular, so you will have plenty of others to have a kick around with.

Weston Together - Thursday from 4.30pm - 5.30pm at Weston Youth Hub. Do you know an 8-16 year old that would benefit from an hour of FREE football every week? Thanks to generous support from Anthem Publishing we are able to offer weekly football for young people living in Weston & Newbridge.

Our Twerton & Weston Together Sessions are supported by Anthem Publishing.

Twerton is on Mondays and Weston on Thursdays.

We are working in partnership with Avon & Somerset Police to help work with young people who may be at risk or involved with anti-social behaviour. We run workshops throughout the year in Secondary schools to educate young people around various lifestyle choices & consequences.
